Share & Voice: The Green Guide For Everyday Living
Hello everyone! I just wanted to share with you all a great website I found! I think that it's awesome. I was looking for a site that could offer a bunch of different services not just information. It's created by Natural Geographic, which I feel like is a trustworthy site, and a great reference tool. Basically it's a site about EVERYTHING GREEN! It has everything: Buying guides, green parenting tips, food, transportation, and facts, ect. Its got it all, it's like a one stop shop for going green. I really encourage you to check it out. I hope you love it as much as I do.
So here it is:

Brier,
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting such an interesting site. I went to it and poked around a bit. It has a ton of different information on it. You're right about it being a site with everything green! I checked out one section that even said you can create your own packaging material in your home. Thats crazy but awesome in the same way. I definitely think this site can be used a good resource in the future.

I looked through a few of the links and found an article on fisheries potentially becoming extinct. We are clearing the oceans of seafood without allowing enough time for them to reproduce. No wonder seafood is so expensive!!! I like this website because it covers such a large range of topics. Good job
ReplyDeleteBrier, I was checking out the greendex map and it's surprising how USA is last on its consumer behavior and to promote sustainable consumption. While I was in China, they charged us for plastic bags at the stores. That was a way for people to use less plastic bags. That's probably one main things China did to rank themselves in 3rd place. Thanks for sharing this site! Mary
ReplyDeleteNeat website, yet so simple. I checked out "Which country is the greenest" and not surprised that USA is at the bottom of the list surveyed..
